Annesdale Park is a historic residential area located just south of downtown Memphis. Developed in the early twentieth century, the area is known for its large homes, landscaped streets and architectural styles reflecting Memphis’s growth during that period.
The neighborhood represents one of the city’s earliest planned residential communities. Its layout and preservation reflect Memphis’s transition from a river-based town to a modern urban center.
